Health Insurance Overview
Marietta Corporation is committed to providing affordable health and welfare benefits that meet our employees’ individual needs, as well as those of their dependents. Eligible employees have several insurance plans to choose from that include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage. Well visits for employees and covered family members are covered at 100% as well as all yearly cancer screenings. Additionally, employees have the opportunity to participate in Flexible Spending Accounts for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
Furthermore, basic life and basic AD&D insurance coverage equal to (2) times the employees salary is company paid. Company-paid LTD coverage is available for eligible employees. Employee Supplemental Life and Supplemental Spouse and Child Life are also available at affordable rates.

Marietta Corporation believes one of the keys to maintaining a productive employee base is to offer a competitive paid time off program based on length of service and hours worked. Marietta employees receive vacation and sick time pay the first year based on hire date, and ten paid holidays.

After 90 days, eligible employees may participate in the company’s 401(k) plan, through Fidelity Investments.
